The stories you carry about who you are, how you love, and what you’re allowed to want shape your life, and together we slow them down and examine them with care.”

Hi, I’m Rebekah. If you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck in relationship patterns that no longer serve you, or struggling with intimacy or desire - you’re in the right place. I’m glad you’re here.

Before becoming a therapist, I studied film and storytelling. That experience continues to shape the way I approach therapy today. I have always been fascinated by the stories we carry about ourselves: who we are, how we love, and what we believe we’re allowed to want. In therapy, I help clients slow down and examine the narratives they have inherited or developed over time, especially the ones that no longer feel true or supportive. Together, we will work to gently challenge those patterns and create space for more compassionate and empowering ways of understanding yourself and your life.

My path into therapy was also guided by a longstanding sense that I am, at my core, a helper. Even while working in creative spaces, I found myself drawn to the deeper conversations happening behind the scenes. I was often the person friends and loved ones turned to when they wanted to talk about topics that felt vulnerable or taboo, particularly around intimacy and desire. Those experiences sparked a lasting curiosity about how shame, silence, and cultural expectations shape our relationships with our bodies, our partners, and our sense of connection.

I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions and relationship challenges, including identity shifts, communication difficulties, changes within partnerships, and feeling disconnected from yourself or others. I often support high-achievers, creatives, and entrepreneurs who appear successful on the outside but feel internally strained, lonely, or disconnected from their bodies or desires.

In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified yoga instructor and Level 2 Intimacy Coordinator, training that informs my embodied and relational approach to therapy.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Cinema and Television Arts from Elon University and a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles.
