Alyssa Heskin (she/her) is a psychotherapist specializing in trauma recovery and holistic healing, based in Los Angeles, California.

Her method is rooted in the latest neuroscience research on trauma and attachment, recognizing the profound interconnection between mind, body, and spirit in the healing process.
